Greet and manage front-desk activities, including handling incoming calls and visitors
Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable manner
Manage courier inward/outward, office stationery, and pantry stock
Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff
Handle conference room bookings and meeting arrangements
Support basic admin duties such as filing, documentation, and data entry
Maintain attendance registers, visitor logs, and other relevant records
Assist HR/Admin team with event coordination and internal communication
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
