Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
Maintain visitor log and issue visitor passes.
Administrative Support:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and maintain basic reports, records, and documentation.
Office Coordination:
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of reception and common areas.
Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and services.
Support HR and Admin team in organizing events and employee engagement activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in reception or administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
