Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

- Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage inquiries professionally.

Appointment Scheduling

- Manage client bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups.
?

Administrative Support

- Maintain records, handle data entry, and manage office correspondence.
?

Client Assistance

- Provide essential information to clients about services and procedures.
?

Billing & Payment Handling

- Process invoices, receipts, and track payments.
?

Inventory & Office Supplies

- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
?

Coordination with Staff

- Assist psychologists and management in daily operations.
?

File & Document Management

- Maintain confidentiality and organize client records.

Requirements:



?

Education:

Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
?

Experience:

1+ years in a receptionist/admin role (healthcare experience preferred).
?

Skills:

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
?

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel), email handling, and scheduling software

.
?

Languages:

Fluency in

English and Malayalam

.
?

Professionalism:

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
