Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; maintain proper records of communication.
Maintain student attendance, admission records, and daily reports.
Support academic and administrative operations such as scheduling classes, staff coordination, and filing.
Assist in admission and counselling processes when required.
Handle courier, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
Ensure front desk and office premises are neat and welcoming.
Support the Branch Manager in administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Any discipline).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
