Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin - Only Female Candidates



Job Summary



The Receptionist cum Admin is responsible for managing front-desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Front Desk Management



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges.

Administrative Support



Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and documents. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment. Support HR and admin departments with documentation and filing. Prepare basic reports, letters, and communication as required.

Office Coordination



Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate with facility management for maintenance and office repairs. Oversee housekeeping activities and ensure office cleanliness. Manage inventory for pantry and stationery.

Record Keeping



Maintain records of office expenses, petty cash, and invoices. Update employee contact lists and internal directories. Ensure proper filing of documents, both digital and physical.

Required Skills & Qualifications



High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional attitude and appearance. Ability to handle confidential information.
