Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Manage and maintain front desk operations and appearance.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
Coordinate administrative support tasks such as filing, documentation, courier handling, and scheduling.
Manage conference room bookings and meeting arrangements.
Assist in organizing company events, travel, and meetings.
Ensure office cleanliness and support housekeeping supervision.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Fluent in English
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
