Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff at the reception.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Maintain reception area and handle incoming/outgoing courier and mail.
Manage office stationery, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Assist in booking travel, tickets, and accommodations for management.
Support Director and senior management in administrative tasks.
Organize meetings, appointments, and office records.
Prepare reports and maintain data in MS Excel.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration).
1-4 years of experience in reception and administration roles.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Well-organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
