Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately
Manage visitor entry and maintain visitor records
Office Administration
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Manage office stationery, supplies, and vendor coordination
Support day-to-day office management activities
Administrative & HR Support
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and documents
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
Prepare basic documentation, data entry, and filing
Provide support to HR and Admin departments as required
Internal Coordination
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
