Job Description

1. Front Desk & Reception Management



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate departments. Handle walk-in technical support requests and coordinate with the technical support team for ticket logging. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

2. Administrative & Office Management



Act as the administrative point of contact between internal teams and external clients. Handle day-to-day requests, queries, letters, emails, courier management, and correspondence. Maintain and update office databases, documentation, and filing systems (physical & digital). Manage office supplies and pantry items; raise requests for replenishment as required. Assist in implementing and updating office policies and procedures.

3. Coordination with Technical Support Team



Log technical support calls received via phone, email, or walk-ins. Assign calls to the next available technical support executive based on priority and availability. Track call status (telephonic resolution, remote support, field visit, OEM support). Follow up with engineers for service reports and ensure timely submission to the office. Update administration/management on pending cases and escalations.

4. Communication & Documentation



Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Draft emails, letters, and internal communication as required. Take minutes of meetings, maintain company calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations when needed.

5. Financial & Reporting Assistance



Help prepare monthly expense statements and office budget reports. Maintain records of petty cash, purchases, and vendor bills for accounts verification. Support management in preparing MIS reports where required.

6. Travel & Event Management



Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and management. Organize meetings, training sessions, and internal or client events as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
