Key Responsibilities:-
Greet guests and clients in a warm, professional manner; manage sign-ins and direct to appropriate personnel.
Operate a multi-line phone system, quickly routing calls or taking accurate messages.
Handle outgoing mail, courier pickups/drop-offs, and internal delivery logistics.
Maintain office supplies: monitor stocks, order replacements, and negotiate with vendors.
Manage shared spaces (conference rooms, pantry, reception area): scheduling, tidiness, basic upkeep.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks: tracking invoices, expense records, petty cash reconciliation.
roficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace or office management tools a plus.
