Receptionist cum Accountant

to join us.

Key Responsibilities:



Reception Duties



Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries. Handle reservations, calls, and guest communication. Maintain a welcoming and professional front-office environment.

Accounting Duties



Manage daily cash, billing, and bookkeeping activities. Prepare invoices, maintain accounts records, and process payments. Assist with financial reports and coordinate with management. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting transactions.

Requirements:



Prior experience as a

Receptionist / Front Office Executive / Accountant

preferred (hospitality experience is a plus). Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and record-keeping & GST. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally/Excel). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently. Qualification: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred.
