We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized individual to join our WohlPhysio team as a
Receptionist cum Account Assistant
. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience at our clinic, while also supporting our accounts team with day-to-day financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors warmly at the WohlPhysio front desk and manage incoming calls.
Provide administrative support, including patient data entry, documentation, and file management.
Assist with accounting tasks such as handling payments, invoices, and receipts.
Record and maintain clinic-related financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and therapy sessions.
Respond to patient inquiries, providing clear information about WohlPhysio services and facilities.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception and clinic environment.
Manage clinic supplies and coordinate with vendors and maintenance services.
Communicate effectively with physiotherapists, staff, patients, and external partners.
Handle patient and financial information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
