Greet visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, take messages and redirect calls to the concerned department.
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward register.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and office coordination.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area.
Maintain grocery inventory.
Serve tea/coffee/water to the clients.
Make calls to the clients for lead generation.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Pleasing personality with a professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
Good coordination and organizational skills.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive is an added advantage.
