Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the concerned departments
Maintain visitor records, courier registers, and front desk documentation
Coordinate meeting room bookings and office schedules
Support administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the reception area
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and office staff as required
Qualification & Skills:
Minimum
Graduate
(any discipline preferred)
Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication skills in
English & Hindi
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Experience:
0-2 years
of experience in a similar role (Freshers may also apply)
Salary:
?10,000 - ?12,000 per month
(Negotiable based on experience and skills)
Preference:
Married Female candidates preferred
Working hours
10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday
30 minutes break for lunch each day
In addition to these hours, you will be expected to work a reasonable amount of time as an when required.
