Job Description

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the organization. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, managing the front desk, and providing basic administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area Manage visitor entry, appointment scheduling, and visitor records Receive, sort, and dispatch couriers and official documents Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments Provide administrative support to HR and other departments Handle emails, correspondence, and basic office documentation Follow company policies, safety, and security procedures

Required Skills & Competencies:



Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Pleasant personality with a professional attitude Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email handling Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Customer service-oriented approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
