We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The Receptionist will manage front-desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Coordinate with staff and departments as needed
Provide general information to clients and visitors

Pay: ₹8,983.85 - ₹10,000.00 per month
