Key Responsibilities
Customer Greeting: Welcome customers warmly, create a positive first impression.
Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs, direct clients to appropriate staff.
Phone Handling: Answer calls politely, provide information, transfer calls to sales staff.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage bookings for client consultations or showroom visits.
Information Assistance: Provide basic details about jewellery collections, ongoing offers, or services.
Coordination: Liaise between customers and sales executives to ensure smooth service.
Administrative Support: Handle emails, maintain records, assist with billing or documentation.
Showroom Ambience: Ensure reception area is neat, presentable, and reflects luxury standards.
