Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and emails.
Maintain visitor records and ensure proper security protocols.
Handle courier deliveries, dispatch, and office correspondence.
Assist in scheduling meetings and conference room management.
Support HR/Admin team with basic clerical tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Coordinate with internal departments as required.
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate/12th Pass with relevant experience.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and professional behaviour.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
