We are looking for a professional, well-spoken, and organized
Receptionist
to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors and phone calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and front-office registers.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure proper arrangements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
Support HR/Administrative team as required.
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the relevant department.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive (preferred).
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Presentable, polite, and well-organized.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Work Timings
10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
