Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Handle basic inquiries about the company and provide accurate information.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with other departments for general office support.
