We are looking for a proactive and professional individual to manage client interactions, coordinate internal communication, and ensure smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Communication
Initiate first-level conversation with new and existing clients.
Introduce clients to the company, services, and offerings.
Understand and collect client requirements accurately.
Update and maintain client details and requirements in the CRM system.
Connect clients with the sales and design teams as required.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients until project closure.
Coordination & Support
Ensure proper flow of communication between clients and internal teams.
Track the progress of client requirements and assist in timely resolutions.
Front Office & Reception Management
Manage the reception area professionally and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Attend to walk-in clients and vendors, and guide them to the appropriate meeting or conference rooms.
Handle incoming calls and provide basic information when required.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training can be provided)
Good organizational and follow-up abilities
Presentable, professional, and confident
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
