Company Description SKS Veterinary Hospital and Pet Shop is a Chennai-based animal hospital that specializes in cardiology, oncology, orthopaedic surgery, gastroenterology and GI surgery, ophthalmology, radiology, urology, dental care, laboratory and pediatric care. Our hospital offers immunization and treatment services, as well as pet boarding, routine and medicated bathing services, and more. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist. The Receptionist is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking in clients and their pets, processing payments, and other clerical duties as assigned by the management. Qualifications Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills Clerical Skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication Customer Service-oriented with the ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent Experience in the healthcare or veterinary industry is a plus
