, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting our administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with a positive attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain front desk security and follow safety procedures.
Schedule and manage client appointments using scheduling tools/software.
Assist walk-in clients with inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments.
Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and filing.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
Support back-office operations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi is a plus.
