A Receptionist in an immigration consultancy is the first point of contact for clients. The role involves handling front-desk operations, managing inquiries related to visas and immigration services, and supporting counselors with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors professionally
Attend phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and inquiries
Schedule appointments for visa counselors
Maintain client records and files
Provide basic information about visa services (Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.)
Handle walk-in clients and direct them to the concerned department
Maintain office discipline and reception area cleanliness
Support the team with daily administrative work
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Polite, professional, and presentable personality
Ability to handle clients calmly
Multitasking and time management skills
