Job Description

We are looking for a

smart and polite Receptionist

to be the first point of contact at our

Immigration & Visa Consultancy Office

. The candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality to handle clients in person and over calls.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and attend clients visiting the office. Handle incoming calls and maintain client records. Provide basic information about visa and immigration services. Schedule appointments and manage the front desk area. Maintain daily visitor and inquiry logs. Assist the counseling and admission team when needed.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling). Must know

Punjabi

, Hindi, and English. Presentable and well-spoken personality.
