Receptionist
to be the face of our office and manage front desk responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and route them to the concerned departments.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper guest handling.
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and document handling.
Coordinate with internal departments and provide administrative support as needed.
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage appointments, schedule meetings, and maintain meeting room calendars.
Assist the HR/Admin department with documentation or communication tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a front desk/admin role (Real Estate sector experience is a plus).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Presentable appearance and professional behavior.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Polite, patient, and customer-service oriented.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
