Receptionist
with experience in the
wellness, hospitality, or skincare industry
. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a welcoming and professional approach.
Manage appointments, walk-ins, and client scheduling efficiently.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and client follow-ups.
Maintain daily records of clients, billing, and appointments.
Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and the operations team for smooth clinic flow.
Maintain front-desk cleanliness and ensure a pleasant environment for clients.
Support in promoting clinic services and managing client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in
wellness, hospitality, or skincare industry
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Presentable, polite, and professional behavior.
Training Details:
Duration:
5-7 Days (Unpaid)
After Training:
Salary will start post successful completion of the training period.
