Receptionist
to be the face of our showroom and deliver a warm, welcoming experience to every visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk and reception area
Handle appointment scheduling and customer inquiries
Coordinate with showroom team for seamless customer service
Manage basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years
of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive, preferably in a retail/luxury/hospitality environment
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and Punjabi
Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in handling calls, emails, and basic office systems
Well-groomed and confident with a professional demeanor
