Job Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting customers at service reception
Managing service appointment bookings
Maintaining customer records and job card entries
Coordinating with Service Advisors and Technicians
Handling customer queries and front office tasks
Basic billing & payment follow-ups
Skills Required:
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Positive attitude & professionalism
