The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Provide accurate information to patients and visitors both in person and via phone/email.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
Manage patient registration and update records accurately.
Collect and process payments for diagnostic services.
Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle inquiries and provide information regarding the center's services.
Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Qualifications:
Qualifications in Office Administration or Healthcare Administration are a plus.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with medical office management systems
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation and the ability to handle sensitive information confidently
