Job Description

ales & Lead Conversion



Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and close deals. Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales through strong communication and persuasion skills. Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or services. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Customer Interaction & Relationship Building



Maintain positive relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and support. Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally. Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.

Lead Management & CRM



Maintain and update CRM records and call logs accurately. Track leads from first call to closing the sale. Share insights on customer behavior and feedback to improve processes.

Communication & Coordination



Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align campaign goals. Coordinate with internal teams for orders, delivery, support, or issue resolution. Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Reporting & Documentation



Prepare daily call reports, conversion reports, and follow-up schedules. Analyze call performance and contribute improvement ideas.

Professional Conduct



Follow call scripts, communication guidelines, and compliance standards. Represent the brand positively and maintain customer confidentiality.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
