Lead Management & CRM
Maintain and update CRM records and call logs accurately.
Track leads from first call to closing the sale.
Share insights on customer behavior and feedback to improve processes.
Communication & Coordination
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align campaign goals.
Coordinate with internal teams for orders, delivery, support, or issue resolution.
Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily call reports, conversion reports, and follow-up schedules.
Analyze call performance and contribute improvement ideas.
Professional Conduct
Follow call scripts, communication guidelines, and compliance standards.
Represent the brand positively and maintain customer confidentiality.
