The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for creating a positive impression of the company. The role includes managing the front desk, handling calls, coordinating visitors, and supporting basic administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist HR/Admin in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
Manage office stationery and pantry stock (if assigned).
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to guests and employees.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security for daily front-office operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
