Job Description

We are looking for a well-presented, organized, and proactive

Receptionist

to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the office team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge to handle day-to-day office coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner. Handle incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages. Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures for entry. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and couriers. Coordinate with site offices and departments for document dispatch or follow-ups. Maintain and update staff attendance records and contact directories. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars. Support HR and administrative tasks as required. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Minimum Graduate (any discipline).

Experience:

1-3 years as a receptionist or front office executive (construction industry preferred).

Skills:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Pleasant personality and professional appearance. Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
