ROLE && RESPONSIBILITY :-
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Manage scheduling of meeting rooms and appointments as needed.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor logbooks, issuing visitor badges).
Coordinate with other departments as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
