We are looking for a friendly and well-organized

Receptionist

to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle front desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner Manage daily office correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.) Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings as required Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping Provide information and assistance to clients, employees, and guests

Requirements:



Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and behavior Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass (depending on company requirement)
