Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:-
Answering calls, redirecting to concerned departments, and taking accurate messages.
Assisting with filing, data entry, and document management.
Supporting HR/Admin teams during events, interviews, and office activities.
Providing prompt assistance and addressing basic queries of clients and staff.
