Communication Hub:
Manage a complex phone system, handling a high volume of incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately, and taking detailed messages as needed.
Record Keeping:
Assist patients in filling out necessary forms and accurately inputting updated patient information and insurance details into our database.
Administrative Support:
Maintain an organized and tidy reception area and support the administrative team with various documentation and office tasks.
Problem Solving:
