To welcome and greet customers courteously and with smile.
To serve customers as per the decided priority (appointed,walk-in,complaint customer)
To address customers queries.
To arrange refreshments and other amenities to make customers comfortable.
To ensure allocation of service advisor to customer within the stipulated time.
Guide customer to the service advisor's desk.
Daily, weekly, monthly report.
Preparing and maintaining daily reports related to entry and exit of vehicles turned up in workshop.
Keep record of pick up and drop allocation.
Ensure customer lounge area is neat and in proper condition.
Ensure daily collection of customer feedback forms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
