Manage IPD (In-Patient Department) and OPD (Out-Patient Department) billings with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide financial counselling to patients, explaining billing procedures and payment options.
Address patient inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly.
Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Coordinate appointments, patient admissions, and discharges.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and filing.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
