Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and manage courier services.
Maintain visitor logs and manage access to the premises.
Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging refreshments when needed.
Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence.
Assist in coordinating company events or meetings.
Key Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
