Greenhill Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and an accredited education and training provider delivering quality vocational education to students in Australia and India. Greenhill Institute is also registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) and delivers approved CRICOS courses to international students in Australia.

About the Role:
The Receptionist at Greenhill Institute will be responsible for a range of reception duties including administrative duties. This role involves providing high-quality service to staff, students, and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Institute.
As the first point of contact, the Receptionist must respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
Completion of senior secondary school (12th) or Diploma qualification or equivalent relevant work experience and/or training.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse range of people.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong teamwork capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Role and Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to handle office operations at Greenhill Institute, including:
Providing reception services and responding to enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Managing front office operations, including mail handling, filing systems, stationery orders, and office supplies.
Maintain inventory of assets, consumables, and stationery.
Greeting and assisting visitors, parents, and students in a professional manner.
Handling incoming and outgoing calls and enquiries efficiently.
Maintaining attendance records, student files, and administrative documentation.
Supporting day-to-day office operations and general administrative functions.
Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Performing general office duties, including mail distribution, refreshments management, and additional administrative duties.
Demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
