- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
