Receptionist
to handle front-desk operations and basic administrative tasks. The candidate should be polite, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
Manage courier dispatch and record keeping
Draft and respond to official emails
Maintain visitor logs and office stock records
Support daily administrative and HR coordination tasks

Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
