Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Welcome members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding classes, memberships, and gym services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle member check-ins and ensure accurate attendance tracking.
Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Sales and Membership Growth:
Actively promote gym memberships, class packages, and retail products to potential clients.
Conduct tours of the facility to showcase gym amenities and programs.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of memberships, contracts, and sales.
Process payments and manage daily cash handling and reporting.
Support the team in scheduling classes and coordinating bookings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a receptionist, sales, or customer service role, preferably in the fitness or sports industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
