We are seeking a well-presentable and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our automobile showroom. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage front-office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors with a positive, welcoming attitude.
Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and walk-in customers professionally.
Maintain the front desk area, visitor records, and appointment schedules.
Coordinate with sales and service departments for smooth customer flow.
Assist in updating customer details and maintain basic administrative records.
Support the sales team with documentation and customer coordination as required.
Provide accurate information regarding showroom operations, vehicle availability, and services.
Manage customer waiting areas and guide customers appropriately.
Ensure adherence to showroom etiquette and customer service standards.
Skills & Requirements
Any graduate (Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service / Reception / Front Office preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
Pleasant personality with customer-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry)
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Prior experience in automobile dealership will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
