Exp - 2-3 years in Hospitality/ Media/ Aviation industry
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Managing reception area
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Ensuring reception area is neat & tidy
Support in maintaining workplace security
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including travel plans.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Sending birthday greetings
Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Key skill Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
