Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and assist in scheduling appointments.
Coordinate with service, sales, and CRM teams for customer needs.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
Requirements:
Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Prior experience in automotive dealership or hospitality preferred.
