Key Responsibilities
Guest Management:
Greet, welcome, and direct visitors/clients; manage visitor logs and access security.
Communication:
Answer, screen, and forward high-volume calls on a multi-line phone system; take and relay accurate messages.
Mail & Deliveries:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Administrative Support:
Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, perform data entry, filing, copying, and faxing.
Office Maintenance:
Maintain a tidy reception area, monitor and order office supplies, and coordinate with vendors/maintenance.

Experience:
Proven experience in a similar front-office or administrative role.
