As a Telecaller, you will be the first voice many families hear--setting the tone for trust, clarity, and warmth.
Handle incoming calls from prospective parents with professionalism and care.
Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, leads, and admission campaigns.
Maintain a courteous, informative, and persuasive tone in all interactions
Clearly explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and school programs.
Guide parents through application steps and documentation requirements.
Schedule appointments for school visits, counseling sessions, and interviews.
Track conversion rates and share insights with the admissions team.
Prioritize high-potential leads and ensure timely follow-through.
Build rapport with parents by understanding their concerns and aspirations.
Offer reassurance and clarity during decision-making phases.
Act as a bridge between parents and school departments when needed.
Support promotional campaigns by calling target lists and sharing key messages.
Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align outreach efforts.
Provide feedback on parent responses and campaign effectiveness.
