Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to inform students/parents about class details, schedules, and updates.
Handle incoming calls and respond to student/parent enquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain and update student details in the database.
Follow up with enquiries and ensure timely responses.
Support in data management, record keeping, and report preparation.
Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate with the academic team.
Provide basic support for accounts-related tasks (fee updates, receipts, and records).
Greet and guide visitors/parents at the reception in a courteous manner.
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma holder (any discipline).
Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi will be an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel/Email handling).
Prior experience in telecalling/reception/education sector will be preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle students/parents with patience and professionalism.
